Devil May Cry at GamesCon
During E3 we got official word and a cinematic trailer that revealed Nero and Dante would be coming back to our Xbox consoles soon (Spring 2019). The trailer gave us some beautiful graphics and some of the awesome one-liners that we’ve come to expect, but we didn’t have a lot of extra details until GamesCon!
At Germany’s Gamescon this year Capcom announced a release date of March 8th, and dropped the gameplay trailer for Devil May Cry 5, and it’s certainly got a lot of what the gamers were hoping to see, lots of great combat sequences, intense cinematic and cutscenes, and smirking smack talk! It even closes with a sequence where our buddy Dante uses his motorcycle to run down some baddies, then pulls it apart uses it like a bladed wheel melee weapon, and then puts it back together and rides off. Looks like some new mechanics might be in store for this legendary game series.
